EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PELATIHAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESATAKULAT KECAMATAN KELUA KABUPATEN TABALONG

Abstract

This research is motivated by existing problems, namely limited information regarding the opening of programs, the majority of participants being unable to develop the outcomes of the training due to constraints in facilities and finances, and the lack of follow‑up or evaluation from the organizing party. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Empowerment and Training Program in Improving Community Welfare in Takulat Village, Kelua District, Tabalong Regency, and the factors influencing it. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Empowerment and Training Program in improving community welfare in Takulat Village, Kelua District, Tabalong Regency is ineffective. Indicators of the accuracy of program participant targets, information can be conveyed to the community, program success, and program follow-up are still ineffective. The results that are quite effective are indicators of program planning, community understanding, and commitment. Meanwhile, effective results are indicators in accordance with the program plan and supervision. Driving factors include routine program implementation, increasing community knowledge and skills, the availability of competent teaching staff and support between participants. Inhibiting factors include limited budget allocation for capacity building, uneven information dissemination, limited capital and supporting facilities, and minimal support for developing knowledge.
