Abstract

Coastal areas are vulnerable to environmental health problems, particularly those related to sanitation, clean water access, and domestic waste management. Poor environmental conditions contribute to the increased risk of environment-based diseases such as diarrhea and skin infections. This community service activity aimed to develop environmental health recommendations for coastal areas based on secondary data analysis. The method used was descriptive analysis of secondary data obtained from health profiles, statistical reports, and regional development planning documents. The analysis showed gaps between existing environmental health conditions and ideal health standards. Based on these findings, environmental health intervention recommendations focusing on disease prevention, health education, and strengthening primary health services were formulated. These recommendations are expected to support stakeholders in planning sustainable environmental health programs in coastal areas.
