Bullying remains an issue in Indonesia and can adversely affect students’ physical and psychological health, as well as their academic performance. In medical education, bullying and mistreatment continue to occur frequently, highlighting the vulnerability of medical students in learning environments. This descriptive quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design. Participants were selected using simple random sampling. The research instrument was the Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R), adapted to the clinical clerkship environment at the Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University. The questionnaire was distributed through Google Forms to clinical clerkship students who had completed at least six months of the program. A total of 247 respondents participated in the study. The results showed that 76% of clinical clerkship students had experienced bullying during their clinical clerkship. Residents were the most frequently identified perpetrators, accounting for 31% of reported cases. Despite the high prevalence of bullying, only 2% of respondents reported the incidents they experienced. In conclusion, bullying was experienced by the majority of clinical clerkship students at the Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, while the reporting rate remained very low. These findings highlight the need for prevention, reporting, and support mechanisms to address bullying and minimize its negative impact on clinical clerkship students.
