Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children resulting from chronic malnutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life. The objective of this community service initiative was to demonstrate the effectiveness of training based on the Health Promotion Model in enhancing the knowledge of ILP *Posyandu* (Integrated Health Post) cadres regarding stunting prevention. The initiative employed training and mentoring for ILP *Posyandu* cadres, conducted from June to August 2026, and included pre-test and post-test assessments. The participants consisted of 50 ILP *Posyandu* cadres. Training results indicated that pre-test scores were predominantly "good" (48%) and a small minority were "poor" (12%); post-test scores showed a majority rated as "very good" (52%) and a small minority as "sufficient" (10%). Knowledge levels improved for 90% of the cadres, while remaining unchanged for 10%. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the training and mentoring provided and the improvement in cadres' knowledge regarding stunting prevention.
