PENINGKATAN LITERASI KEUANGAN DIGITAL DALAM UPAYA MENANGGULANGI JUDI ONLINE PADA REMAJA SMA/SEDERAJAT KALIMANTAN TIMUR

Abstract

Digital transformation has increased teenagers’ access to digital financial services while also exposing them to online gambling promotions through social media and digital platforms. This community service program aimed to improve students’ digital financial literacy and awareness of online gambling risks at SMKN 1 Balikpapan and MAN 2 Samarinda. The activity was conducted through face-to-face seminars, interactive discussions, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results showed an increase in students’ average score from 82.3 before the program to 91.5 after the program, with an improvement of 9.2 points or 11%. These findings indicate that digital financial literacy education can improve students’ understanding of financial management, responsible use of digital financial services, and the risks of online gambling. This program contributes to strengthening students’ digital resilience and responsible financial behavior
