Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) infection remains a health problem among elementary school children, especially in areas with poor sanitation and hygiene. This study aimed to determine factors associated with STH infection among students of SDN 06 Pasir Jambak, Pasie Nan Tigo Village, Padang City. This analytic observational study used a cross-sectional design involving 47 students from grades 3–6 selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires to assess hygiene-related behaviors and microscopic stool examinations to detect STH infection. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate statistical tests. The results showed that 3 respondents (6.4%) were infected with STH. There was no significant association between proper latrine use, handwashing habits, footwear use, and snacking behavior with STH infection incidence. Preventive efforts through hygiene education, sanitation improvement, and periodic deworming programs remain important among school children.
