Anemia during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth. If not properly managed, anemia may have serious consequences throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, and may also pose risks to the fetus and newborn. This study aimed to determine the association between adherence to Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) consumption and increased hemoglobin levels among pregnant women. This study employed a cross-sectional design involving all third-trimester pregnant women at Candirejo Community Health Center, Magetan, during March–April 2026. The study variables included adherence to MMS consumption and increased hemoglobin levels. Adherence was assessed using the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS) questionnaire. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that most third-trimester pregnant women had good adherence to MMS consumption. Most participants also experienced an increase in hemoglobin levels after consuming MMS. The analysis demonstrated a significant association between adherence to MMS consumption and increased hemoglobin levels among pregnant women. Most pregnant women demonstrated good adherence and experienced increased hemoglobin levels after consuming MMS. Pregnant women are encouraged to maintain adherence to regular MMS consumption to minimize the risk of anemia. Support and motivation from husbands, family members, and the surrounding community are also needed to help pregnant women maintain adherence to MMS consumption. In addition, health cadres and midwives are expected to play an active role in monitoring MMS consumption and providing education on the importance of MMS supplementation during pregnancy
