PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN KONSTRUKSI DALAM MENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM REVITALISASI SATUAN PENDIDIKAN DI SMP NEGERI 3 KARANGMONCOL KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Abstract

The implementation of school revitalization requires not only physical construction activities but also proper coordination, monitoring, and documentation to support effective project management. This community service activity aimed to provide construction management assistance in supporting the implementation of the 2026 School Revitalization Program at SMP Negeri 3 Karangmoncol, Purbalingga Regency. The activity employed a direct assistance and field monitoring approach involving the school and the School Development Committee. The implementation stages included initial coordination, field observation, monitoring of construction progress, evaluation, and documentation. The results showed that the assistance provided academic and professional support for the partner in understanding construction progress, coordinating implementation, and documenting revitalization activities. The activity also demonstrated the contribution of higher education institutions in applying construction management expertise to support the management of educational infrastructure development.
